Cooking Instructions
1 Thaw tail
2) Split shell down backside
3) Broil in oven for 8-10 minutes.
Watch for shell to turn orange and then remove from heat immediately. Overcooking will cause meat to be tough.
Serve with butter and a pinch of salt.
